After learning about our clients' overall vision for their particular gathering we will offer assistance with menu planning and event design specially tailored to each event. Our goal is to listen to each of our customer's needs and meet each one specifically. Don't see an item on our menu? Ask and we can create it for you - our menus are designed to spark imaginative culinary creations. Know that your guests prefer their beef a little more well-done? No problem - our chef will cook it exactly the way you request it. Looking for wine to accompany your menu? We are happy to help you select the perfect choices to pair with the food. Chosen your menu already? Great - we are happy to ensure its quality and help with other details in every way we can. Circolo wants your event to be just as you imagined it and we are able to be as involved or as behind-the-scenes as you would like us to be.
Servers and bartenders are available for any size event to help with set up, food and beverage service, clean up and to ensure a seamless function for the hosts. Of course, a simple delivery or pick up service is available, too. Additionally, we will offer to arrange services outside of our realm, such as transportation, floral, photography or music. We will contract with one of our partner service providers and will make arrangements according to your needs.
Circolo Catering is proudly owned by Benjamin Roberts, also the owner of both Pasqual's Locations and Gallup Bakehouse in Verona. Circolo is an extension of his personal creativity and love for finer food and desserts, and also a strong love for entertaining. The people whom Ben has chosen to work with you share the same desire to entertain, create and please.
